DIEP Flap

The DIEP flap procedure is a type of breast reconstruction surgery that uses a patient's own abdominal tissue to create a new breast mound. GAP Flap
While tissue is often taken from the stomach for these flap-based procedures, the GAP flap technique allows us to use skin and fat from the buttocks instead. This alternative donor site makes GAP reconstruction a popular option for women with limited abdominal tissue.
PAP Flap
While this flap is most commonly taken from the abdomen, some patients don't have enough excess tissue in this area to form a new breast mound. Luckily, the PAP flap procedure takes tissue from the upper thigh, making it an excellent alternative for many women.
