Recovery is a primary concern for many of our patients. After your surgery at our partner hospital, you can generally expect to stay for 2 to 3 days for monitoring. Our team utilizes an Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) protocol to minimize pain and speed up your return to normal activities. Most patients are up and walking the day after surgery. Once discharged, you will continue your recovery locally or at home. We encourage gentle movement, but you should avoid heavy lifting for about six weeks. Our nursing team remains in close contact with you throughout your recovery to ensure you are healing properly.

We have a dedicated team to help coordinate your care from afar, including preliminary virtual consultations to determine if you are a candidate for natural reconstruction.
